Our business originated in Massachusetts. At this time we are offering telehealth sessions for clients in Massachusetts and Rhode Island!


Do you offer a consultation?

Yes. We offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to help determine if we might be a good fit for you.


What’s your pricing?

Intake Session: 60 mins | $185

Individual Session: 45-50 mins | $160

Parenting Session: 60 mins | $185

Family Session*: 90 mins | $225

*Family therapy is currently only being offered by Jessica Audette, LMHC, LCMHC

We accept out-of-network and out-of-pocket clients at this time including HSA card, FSA card, debit or credit card. We do offer sliding scale spots based upon household income. Contact us for more information!

How do I know if I qualify for out-of-network services?

You can determine this by contacting your insurance provider. For your convenience, we’ve provided a form here that you can review with your insurance provider.


How do I pay for sessions?

Our therapy practice utilizes Ivy Pay for accepting payment. Ivy Pay is a card payment system designed specifically for psychotherapists and their clients. Ivy Pay works with your debit card, credit card, HSA or FSA card. It is HIPAA-secure and it keeps our therapeutic relationship confidential.


What’s the difference between parenting sessions and family sessions?

Parenting sessions have a focus on supporting parents/caregivers/guardians in many areas of parenting including: coparenting, learning regulation tools, receiving psychoeducation about developmentally appropriate milestones/behaviors of their child(ren), and more.

These sessions are for those who struggle within coparenting, want some more information and education around what’s typical for their child(ren) and/or are seeking deeper connections with their child(ren). Additional time is provided within these sessions whether it is for one parent/caregiver/guardian or more.


Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Anything less than 24 hours notice will result in the full fee of that scheduled session.
